1 General Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions apply to all services on the casinopp platform. By registering, logging in, or using any of our services, you are automatically deemed to have accepted these terms.

Casinopp is strictly for users aged 18 and above. Minors are prohibited from using the platform. We reserve the right to verify your age and to suspend any account pending adequate proof of age.

• These Terms & Conditions are written in Bengali and that version shall be considered the definitive text.
• Casinopp reserves the right to update these terms and conditions at any time.
• Any changes will be published on the platform and users will be notified accordingly.
• Continued use of the platform after any changes will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.

2 Account Registration & Verification

You must provide accurate information when creating an account on casinopp. Providing false or misleading details may result in account closure and forfeiture of any deposited funds.

Required Information:

• Full legal name (as per National ID)
• Active mobile number (Bangladeshi)
• Valid email address
• Date of birth (must be 18 years or older)

Only one account per person is permitted. Any attempt to create multiple accounts will result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts.

KYC (Know Your Customer) verification is mandatory for large transactions, requiring a scanned copy of your National ID or passport. casinopp completes verification within 72 hours.

3 Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

All deposits and withdrawals on casinopp are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). We support transactions via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket.

Deposit Rules:

• Minimum deposit: ৳500
• Maximum single deposit: ৳50,000
• Deposits are typically credited within 1–5 minutes.
• Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted.

Withdrawal Policy:

• Minimum Withdrawal: ৳1,000
• Withdrawals are only available from verified accounts.
• Standard withdrawals are processed within 15 minutes to 24 hours.
• Large withdrawals (over ৳50,000) are subject to additional verification.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.

4 Bonuses & Promotional Offers

Casinopp offers a variety of bonuses and promotional offers. Each offer has its own terms and conditions, which are detailed on the relevant offer page.

• Wagering Requirement: A minimum wagering requirement (typically 10x–30x) must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• Bonus Validity: Each bonus has a set expiry period — once it expires, the bonus is automatically voided.
• Multiple Bonuses: Using multiple bonuses simultaneously is generally not permitted.
• Bonus Abuse: Any attempt to exploit the bonus system will result in account termination.
• Referral Bonus: A bonus is awarded when a referred friend makes their first deposit; referrals of family members may not qualify for the bonus.

5 Gaming Rules

All games on casinopp run on fair and transparent RNG (Random Number Generator) technology. Game outcomes cannot be manipulated in any way.

• If you lose connection during a game, the system will automatically complete the round.
• Casinopp reserves the right to void or adjust any transactions resulting from technical errors.
• Winnings arising from any game software error or bug may be voided.
• In Live games, the dealer's decision is final.

6 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on casinopp. Violations may result in account closure and forfeiture of any deposited funds:

• Opening an account using a false identity or someone else's details
• Operating multiple accounts under the same identity
• Exploiting the bonus system for unfair advantage (bonus abuse)
• Using automated software or bots to play games
• Attempting to hack or manipulate the system
• Money laundering or transactions involving illegal funds
• Threatening or harassing other users
• Deliberately exploiting vulnerabilities in the platform

7 Account Suspension or Closure

Casinopp reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account under the following circumstances:

• In the event of a breach of terms and conditions
• If KYC verification fails
• Extended inactivity (no login for more than 12 months)
• At the user's own request
• Due to legal requirements or regulatory authority directives

Any balance remaining at the time of account closure will be returned once verification is complete — unless forfeited due to a breach of our terms.

8 Responsible Gaming

Casinopp believes gaming should be a source of entertainment — not addiction. That's why we offer the following tools to promote responsible gaming:

• Deposit Limit: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits.
• Self-Exclusion: Take a break from the platform for a set period of time.
• Reality Check: You will be periodically reminded of how long you have been playing.
• Cooling-Off Period: Take a break ranging from 24 hours to up to 6 weeks.

10 Dispute Resolution Process

If you have a dispute with casinopp, please contact our support center first. We aim to respond within 48 hours.

Any complaints regarding a game or transaction must be submitted within 30 days of the date of the incident. Complaints raised after this period may not be considered.

11 Notice of Changes to Terms

Casinopp reserves the right to modify, update, or revoke these terms and conditions at any time. Users will be notified in advance of any significant changes via email or SMS.
